Me & NYC

The City awakens my soul! I feel alive in New York and I just knew this is where I had to be!

After years of dreaming of moving to NYC but too afraid I wouldn’t make it, I took the leap and booked a one-way plane ticket. I had no plans, no apartment and no job, but  what I do have is more important. I have a loving family and supportive friends. I packed three suitcases, shipped four boxes and now reside on the Upper East Side.

Things fell in place and I found two great roommates and a beautiful apartment. I am on the hunt for a PR/communications job and am in awe at how everyone I meet is willing to help with the job hunt.

This blog is to chronicle all of the amazing adventures and excursions I will have in NYC. I want to appreciate each day in NYC and not take for granted that I, Natashia, live in the city of my dreams.
